The first day of the program, which will be held with a total of 4 nights of accommodation, will begin with the arrival and settlement of the participants in the Netherlands. On the same day, an introduction and coordination meeting will be held with the participation of the project partners.

The program, which will continue with theoretical training on the second day, will provide information about the art history of the Netherlands to the participants; the history of traditional handicrafts, the materials used and the techniques will be explained by experts. In addition, visits will be made to members of the press and relevant art institutions.

The third day is dedicated to practical training. In the workshops to be held under the guidance of experienced Dutch masters, the participants will be involved in the one-on-one production process; in this environment where both local and international participants will work together, joint production and interaction will be encouraged.

Meeting with Art: Exhibition and Promotional Activities
On the fourth day, an event will be held where the works produced in the workshops will be exhibited. This exhibition, which will be held in one of the important cultural centers of the Netherlands, will include both the handicrafts of the participants and the prominent traditional art branches of the country. The historical and cultural importance of traditional handicrafts will be explained to the visitors; those who wish can support the craftsmen by purchasing the works. On the same day, the shooting team will take special images of the craftsmen's workshops for the documentary film.

The fifth and last day will be concluded with a general evaluation meeting and the participants will return to their countries.

International Participation, Local Impact
MUSIAD Netherlands, which undertook the organization of this activity, will contribute to the survival of handicrafts as well as enable the sharing of knowledge and experience with the authorities of project partner institutions from different countries, especially the Netherlands.
